As Rally Leader, all three of your Heroes use all of their Expedition skills. So it is paramount to use your best combat heroes who have the best Offensive Skills and are of the Highest star-level so they can also provide the highest possible % bonus (Attack and Lethality) and have the Expedition Skills leveled up.

Send Troops Without Heroes, If You Don't Have or Used Up Those Mentioned Heroes.

1. Join Rallies Using This Troops Ratio, 10-20-70 (only if you have enough Marksman to send in all Rallies, otherwise use default or reduce the amount of MM)

Tip: Change your heroes from Jessie to Patrick as soon as you/your rally occupy the building.

It’s not about being close; it’s all about being quick to join the rally once it’s created.
And for those starting the rally, always set the timer to 5 minutes.

Time: Crazy Joe usually occurs at 15:00 UTC on Tuesday and 14:00 on Thursday

During Crazy Joe, You Need To Empty Your Base and Send Out All your troops, but only if you have Sufficient Reinforcements in your city. Reinforce Others to Gain Points. Priorities to Send Out Troops Are: First Infantry, Then Lancer, and Marksman. Trade Your Troops With Others During CJ.

Send Infantry and Lancer to Reinforce others.
Leave Markman and Strong Heroes in your city

At Level 10 & 20, Send Specific Amounts of Infantry to Headquarter.

Starting Point:

Begin at Building I1. Divide into 3 lanes:

Lane Assignments:

Lane 1:I2, I5, I9, I13, I14, I19, I20, I21, I24, I28
- Key Targets: Hold I24 and I13, then secure I21 if possible, followed by I28.
Lane 2:I3, I6, I7, I10, I11, I15, I16, I22, I25, I29, I30, I31
- Key Targets: Hold I29 and I30, then prepare to move to mid.
Lane 3:I4, I8, I12, I17, I18, I26, I27, I29, I30, I31
- Key Targets: Hold I29 and I31, then aim for I18 and I27 if possible.

Territory Defense & Offense:

Defend Our Territory: Prioritize holding our No. 24.
Offensive Strategy:
- Target their No. 28 to gain access to their No. 24.
- Depending on your starting region:
  - If in I region, attack their F28.
  - If in F region, attack their S28.
  - If in S region, attack their I28.
- Primary Objective: Capture their No. 24 if possible, but only after securing our No. 24.

Mid Control:

Final Objective:Ensure our team holds the mid when the game ends.
- Critical: Holding mid at the end adds 50k points, so it’s essential we secure it before the timer runs out.

Reports expire after 48 hours. No action will be taken after this period.
If there is no reply from R4/R5 within 24 hours, message the president.
The president will relay the message to the NAP 5 leader chat, where a decision will be made.

🐻 Bear Hunt

Participation: First come, first serve. We move fast during whale rallies, so be ready!
Troop Requirements: No troop type limits, but please use the correct attacking heroes.
Seat Management: Seat priority is based on individual damage dealt to the bear. We run monthly bear tests (after migration) to assess and adjust placements so everyone performs optimally.

🧱 Crazy Joe Event

Reinforcement: Only reinforce based on posted coordinates.
Alt Accounts: Alts should contribute meaningfully to the alliance. If not, they’ll remain in the academy and can participate in academy-hosted events.
Joining Waves: The HQ is located a bit away from the hive, so please either teleport or use speed-ups to join waves 10 and 20. (Teleporting is preferred for efficiency.)

🏰 Fortress Battle

Rally Point: All fortress rallies are launched from the hive.
First Hit Rewards: Given on a first come, first join basis.
Main Fortress Prizes: These are distributed among those who actively garrison during the event.
NAP 5 Rotation: Fortresses rotate under NAP 5 rules, offering different rewards each week depending on our schedule.

🛡 SVS Preparation (State vs State)

Our alliance is actively saving resources and energy for SVS.
We kindly ask all members to conserve power and troops for this major event.
In the last two SVS pre-events, ONE ranked #1 in State 742, and we aim to maintain this strong performance.
